Position: Licensed Handyman / Home Repair Technician

Responsibilities

Perform a wide range of home repair, maintenance, and installation tasks
Deliver high-quality workmanship in accordance with Arizona licensing standards
Communicate professionally with clients regarding expectations, timelines, and project details
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Provide photo documentation of completed work when requested
Represent Young Handyman Services with professionalism and reliability

Requirements

Valid Arizona contractor’s license or appropriate specialty trade license
(Examples: CR-61, R-62, CR-37, C-11, or similar classifications)
Reliable transportation and personal tools
Strong work ethic and proven experience in home repair tasks
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and follow project guidelines
Professional appearance and communication style

Compensation

Licensed technicians are paid on a commission basis, with earnings determined by:

Project size
Skill level
Efficiency and quality of completed work

This structure allows licensed professionals to maximize their income while maintaining flexibility and autonomy.
